Jon has prepared a series of developmental and progressive self-managed training sessions that can be downloaded for differentiated training abilities and experience levels. These resources will be of use to keen swimmers and to other athletes where swimming is important to their sports.
Jon believes that this is a niche in the market that is not currently well covered. He sees hundreds of people who are keen and enthusiastic but seek success in outcome without professional direction or guidance. Through these plans, of which the first session is free, Jon will guide you through a six or twelve week block of work that he believes will give you both satisfaction and success in your training regime. Progression can be from novice to highly advanced levels and each swimmer can choose their most appropriate starting point.
